It looks like the days of having to type long codes to redeem something are over. Microsoft’s Larry Hryb today posted a video on Vine demonstrating how to redeem a QR code on the Xbox One using the Kinect camera. You will be able to redeem any QR codes through the Kinect in less than 6 second. In the video you can see Larry scanning aย free 14 day Xbox Live subscription by just scanning its QR code.
