Apple has released iOS 5.0.1 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The update 5.0.1 fixes and bring improvements to iOS 5 including the battery issue, bugs when syncing documents to iCloud, and it improves voice recognition for Australian users using dictation. iOS 5.0.1 also brings Multitasking Gestures to the original iPad 1.

You can download iOS update 5.0.1 from iTunes by connecting your device to iTunes and selecting “Download and Update”, once iTunes recognize your device. The Update is also available to be downloaded through iOS 5’s new feature Over-the-air update, which will be 44.6MB of data only compared to the 790MB if you download it from iTunes.
